We offer a variety of parent education courses to support and enrich your skills as a parent. Our time may be precious but so are our children. No time invested in them will ever be wasted!

  • Managing Stress

    - Identify your personal sources of stress. Explore strategies to improve your ability
    to cope with stress through developing effective stress management skills.

  • Choosing Quality Child Care

    – Parents will learn to identify the many indicators of quality child care in order to
    choose the best program for their children.

  • What’s Play Got to Do With Learning?

    – Understand how play is essential in promoting children’s behavioral development
    as well as brain development. Play also offers an ideal opportunity for parents to
    engage fully with their children.
