Our staff are qualified through NYS Best Practice Certification in Child Care Resource and Referral and are ready to help assist you in your child care search. CCR&R Staff are able to answer any of your questions regarding Quality Indicators for child care, NYS regulations for Child Care, how to contact Department of Social Services to obtain an application for Child Care Subsidy, & Fair Market Rates for Child Care payments.

CCR&R staff will obtain your family profile such as: name, address, email address, telephone number, where you would like the child care to be located, days and times that care is needed and a list of your child’s specific care needs. From that information the CCR&R staff will be able to provide comprehensive and personal referrals for your child care needs.
