IRS TAX Guidance for Disaster Survivors

January begins Tax season and the Federal Emergency Management Agency [FEMA] is sending out helpful guidance to be shared with the disaster affected populations and communities released by the IRS.

Attached is one of the many resources on the page a “disaster losses kit for individuals” where individuals can map through their disaster losses and better understand how to record it on their taxes.
